Cost Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Controller to manage product costing, inventory control, and cost analysis activities. The role will ensure accurate costing, monitor production and inventory variances, support financial reporting, and contribute to cost optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update BOMs, standard costs, and product costing records.
• Manage costing for new products and menu items before launch.
• Analyze cost, yield, usage, and price variances.
• Monitor production consumption, wastage, and inventory movements.
• Review and reconcile inventory, COGS, and costing accounts.
• Participate in inventory counts and process inventory adjustments.
• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and recommend provisions.
• Support monthly costing reconciliations, transfer pricing, and financial reporting.
• Prepare costing KPIs and management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Cost Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cost Control, Cost Accounting, or Inventory Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of costing principles, inventory management, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• CMA/CPA certification is a plus.

Preferred Industry Experience: Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Production, or Restaurant Operations.
