Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Lead the monthly quarterly and annual closing processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management
- Conduct regular audits of financial statements and internal controls identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Manage cash flow forecasting and budgeting processes providing insights to optimize financial resources and support strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly valued and often required for senior positions.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a similar industry to ensure relevant knowledge.
- Experience in multinational corporations is advantageous, fostering an understanding of diverse accounting practices.
