Indian Accountant - Contract Position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Accountant to join our team on a contract basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Monitor and analyze budget performance against actual results
• Conduct monthly closing activities to ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Assist with annual audits and tax filings
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Provide guidance to management on financial matters and participate in strategic planning processes

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance role
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
• Experience with accounting software (e.g. Quick Books)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This is a contract position for an initial period of 6 months with the potential for extension based on performance. The working hours will be 40 hours per week from Sunday to Thursday. This position does not include accommodation; therefore, preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Riyadh.
