Key Responsibilities:- 1. Ensure Petty Cash Policy & Procedures is well maintained and followed
- 2. Ensure Invoice Validation Procedure is well maintained and followed
- 3. Check and Verify Suppliers and Subcontractors Invoices and ensure 3 way match in Oracle Fusion
- 4. Prepare with PMT Payment Priority List
- 5. Follow up with Riyadh Office for payments
- 6. Monitor Project Expenses and prepare monthly accruals
