General Ledger

Journal Entries Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are systematically recorded maintain accurate ledgers balance sheets and trial balance reports

ZATCA Compliance Prepare verify and submit Excise Tax and Value Added Tax VAT returns in strict accordance with ZATCA regulations

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions ensuring timely billing and collections

Reconcile monthly bank statements and proactively resolve any accounting discrepancies

Follow up and accurately record all medical and vehicle insurance transactions and premium amortizations

Maintain comprehensive fixed asset records including asset tagging tracking monthly depreciation and supporting physical asset verification

Financial Reporting Continuously update financial databases to ensure accurate real-time data is immediately available for management review

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of continuous accounting experience (Mandatory).

Languages:

Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).Technical

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and ERP/accounting software.

Education:

Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with ZATCA compliance and Saudi tax regulations.
