- Perform daily reconciliation activities for payment transactions across POS, cards, digital payments, and other payment channels.
- Review and identify discrepancies between internal records, bank statements, and third-party reports, and support in resolving them.
- Monitor reconciliation exceptions and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate reconciliation records, supporting documents, and transaction logs.
- Support settlement activities related to Sadad, SARIE, and other payment systems under supervision.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and settlement reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, operational controls, and regulatory requirements during reconciliation activities.
- Support audit and compliance requests by providing required reconciliation data and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to follow up on reconciliation and settlement issues.
Contribute to improving reconciliation processes and maintaining accuracy in financial transaction records.
