Audit Associate

Support the execution of external audit engagements under the supervision of senior team members. Perform audit testing and verify financial transactions balances and supporting documents. Prepare accurate and properly documented audit working papers. Assist in reviewing financial statements for compliance with IFRS and applicable regulations. Identify discrepancies control weaknesses and potential audit risks. Participate in inventory counts and other field audit procedures.

Communicate with clients to collect required information and supporting documentation. Assist in preparing audit reports management letters and engagement deliverables. Maintain confidentiality and comply with professional ethics and quality standards. Complete assigned audit tasks within agreed deadlines.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 3 years of external audit experience.
• Current or previous experience within a Top 10 audit firm is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing.
• Understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and audit procedures.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively within an audit team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with audit management software is preferred.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Progress toward CPA, ACCA, CMA, SOCPA, or DipIFR certification is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
