Main duties and tasks

Preparing, organizing, and documenting disbursement documents and following up on their auditing and approval by regulatory authorities.
2. Monitoring expenses and revenues:
Monitoring current and capital expenditures according to the monthly financial position of budget items.
Preparing and periodically analyzing monthly summaries and financial statements.
3. Preparing and updating accounting records:
Preparing daily accounting entries with high accuracy.
Recording financial transactions in approved records.
4. Banks and financial settlements:
Bank accounts are audited monthly.
Preparing the necessary bank reconciliations and performing monthly reconciliations.
5. Preparing financial reports:
Bank accounts are audited monthly.
Preparing the necessary bank reconciliations and performing monthly reconciliations.
Preparing the annual financial statements.
Organizing and storing specialized reports on expenses and revenues in databases.
6. Developing accounting procedures:
Developing accounting work methods and procedures.
