- Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting reports.
- Handle VAT accounting, VAT returns, and VAT/tax refund claims in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Review supporting documents and ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax refund submissions.
- Perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor project-related costs, expenses, and financial transactions, particularly for real estate or construction projects.
- Assist with budgeting, financial analysis and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants and relevant authorities when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in Real Estate or Construction is required/preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Practical experience with VAT and tax refund procedures.
- Good understanding of Saudi tax and VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Good command of English
