We're Hiring | Project & Cost Accounting Manager
Department: Finance – Financial Control
We are seeking an experienced Project & Cost Accounting Manager to lead project accounting, cost management, and financial oversight across multiple projects and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project accounting and cost management activities across multiple projects.
- Oversee project costing, cost allocation, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Manage CAPEX, Work-in-Progress (WIP), asset capitalization, and project expenditure.
- Conduct financial feasibility assessments, cost estimates, and financial analysis.
- Monitor project financial performance, identify cost risks, and provide management insights.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, financial controls, and accounting policies.
- Lead and develop the Project & Cost Accounting team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant Finance / Accounting experience
, with strong expertise in Project & Cost Accounting. - Professional qualification such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA
, or equivalent. - Proven experience in CAPEX, WIP, capitalization, project costing, and financial feasibility.
- Experience managing accounting or finance teams.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
