Accountant, Financial Analyst, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

The Treasury Accountant is responsible for supporting daily treasury operations, including monitoring cash balances, processing payments, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role assists in managing cash flow, coordinating with banks, and ensuring that treasury transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist in managing daily treasury operations and monitoring cash balances.
• Support the preparation and processing of bank transfers and payment transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in preparing daily and monthly cash position reports.
• Maintain and organize bank statements, payment records, and treasury documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding payments and financial transactions.
• Assist in monitoring cash flow and ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational requirements.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and treasury documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and internal controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience in accounting or treasury.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

• Internship or cooperative training experience in Finance, Accounting, or Treasury.
• Basic knowledge of bank reconciliations, cash management, and payment processing.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
