Internal Auditor — Part-time

• Templating and Governance:
  Preparing an annual risk-based audit plan, risk register, and working programs in accordance with IIA standards.
• Revenue and Lease Contracts:
  Reconciling contracts and verifying revenue completeness (extensions, extra kilometers, and additional services) and reviewing discounts, canceled contracts, and accounts receivable.
• Cash and Banks:
  Inventory of safes and custodies, matching POS and electronic collections with deposits, and reviewing bank reconciliations and customer refundable deposits.
• Fleet and Assets:
  Periodic inventory of vehicles and matching them with the asset register and tracking system, reviewing depreciation, purchase and sale operations, maintenance costs, accidents, traffic violations, and insurance.
• Procurement and Expenses:
  Examining the purchasing cycle and three-way matching, reviewing supplier contracts, and detecting duplicate invoices and unusual payments.
• Payroll:
  Reconciling payroll with GOSI, reviewing allowances, commissions, and end-of-service benefits.
• Zakat and Tax Compliance:
  Reviewing VAT returns, e-invoicing, withholding tax, and Zakat base.
• Financing:
  Reviewing financing contracts and installment schedules and matching them with financier statements.
• Technical Controls and Fraud Prevention:
  Reviewing system permissions and audit logs, and data analysis to detect abnormal patterns.
• Reporting and Follow-up:
  Submitting periodic reports to senior management and the board of directors showing the financial impact of each observation and recommended action, following up on recommendations, and coordinating with the external auditor.

• Saudi nationality, Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal or external audit.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards and Zakat and tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (ERP).
• Preferred: CIA, SOCPA, CPA, or CMA certification.
