Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee our administrative operations and office management. This role involves managing daily office needs, coordinating administrative staff, and serving as a liaison among different departments to ensure smooth operation and communication. The ideal candidate will be currently based in Saudi Arabia and bilingual in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office operations run smoothly.
  • Manage office staff responsibilities, ensuring a high level of customer service and support.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer-oriented information about our services and terms.
  • Manage communications through email, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels between the Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments.
  • Follow up with accountants on financial processes and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Perform reception duties such as answering phones, taking notes / messages, and managing mail.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments within the office.
  • Organize office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Admin, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Fluent in English to effectively manage communications and client relationships.
  • Experience working in the events management industry or related fields is preferred.
  • Current Resident of KSA
