Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management within a confidential government entity. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent English communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare high-quality reports, spreadsheets, charts, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Draft, proofread, and edit emails, letters, and official correspondence in English.
- Maintain accurate documentation, electronic files, and tracking systems for tasks and follow-ups.
- Take minutes of meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and meeting materials as required.
- Assist in preparing periodic departmental reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Liaise professionally with internal departments, external partners, and government stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) — mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point .
- Experience preparing professional reports, presentations, and data summaries.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is an advantage.
- Experience working in government, real estate, or retail sectors is preferred.
- Knowledge of meeting protocols, business correspondence, and office procedures.
