About the RoleAs an Event Assistant , you will support event leadership and marketing managers in delivering exceptional event experiences. This is an entry-level opportunity for graduates or those with 1-2 years business experience, passionate about building a career in global corporate. You will assist with operational, administrative, and marketing tasks—including organizing show features, partner contracts, ticketing, content creation, VIP administration, data management, and raising purchase orders—to ensure smooth delivery of our events.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate event features, activations, and arenas.
- Manage schedules, running orders, and rehearsals for speakers and performers.
- Liaise with talent, partners, and federations for contracts, logistics, and requests.
- Collect and organize bios, photos, and marketing assets.
- Support contracts, barter agreements, and partner communications.
- Assist with ticketing, VIP administration, and guest management.
- Create event content, presentations, guides, and decks.
- Coordinate artwork approvals and creative asset tracking.
- Maintain trackers and accurate event / marketing records.
- Raise POs and process supplier invoices.
- Support on-site logistics, technical setup, and operational tasks.
- Compile post‑event media and coverage.
- Assist with social media and marketing content coordination.
- Provide administrative support to Event Leadership and Operations teams.
- Fresh Graduate, or those with proven 1-2 years business experience
- Interest in building a career in events, operations, or marketing with a global organiser
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with internal teams, partners, and suppliers
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to support tasks across multiple areas
- Willingness to work onsite during events, including occasional non-standard hours
- Positive, energetic team player with a can‑do attitude
