Administration en RiadAdministrative work in Riyadh offers the opportunity to join an international professional environment within one of the most dynamic economies in the Middle East. This role allows you to participate in strategic projects within a global structure where administrative efficiency and process management are essential. At ACK3’s Riyadh office, administrative duties include document management in multicultural settings, coordination of meetings, travel, and corporate events, handling internal and external communications, and supporting international tender processes.
The role also involves organizing databases, internal systems, and sensitive documentation, as well as contributing to the logistics of strategic projects. This position requires proficiency in office software tools, professional English, and the ability to work in international contexts. It is a unique learning experience that combines real‑world practice, global exposure, and participation in a key region for economic and geopolitical transformation.
Mission
At our international delegation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the selected candidate will join projects with global reach, performing tasks such as:
- Document and administrative management in multicultural environments.
- Support in organizing meetings, travel, and corporate events
- Coordination of internal and external communications.
- Classification, filing, and handling of sensitive documentation.
- Support in the management and follow‑up of international tender processes.
- Operational support for strategic and administrative projects.
You will work at our international office in Riyadh, actively participating in the administrative management of international operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proficiency in office software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organization of documents, databases, and internal systems.
- Fluent professional communication in English (B2/C1).
- Coordination and support in the logistics of events and meetings.
- Ability to work in multicultural and international environments.
- University degree or Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training in Administration, Management, Secretariat, or related fields.
- English level B2/C1 (mandatory).
- Strong command of office software tools.
- International experience or previous work in corporate environments will be valued.
- Be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Hold Spanish nationality, or be a legal resident in Spain with the nationality of another EU member state.
- Hold a university degree or Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training (FP) qualification.
- Hands‑on training in international administration.
- Participation in real projects with a strategic focus.
- Experience in a key region for global economic and political development.
- Professional growth within a dynamic firm undergoing international expansion.
