Responsibilities
- Support the management of the Deputy Governor’s office and coordinate with government entities, delegations, and VIP guests.
- Oversee and organize the Deputy Governor’s agenda and calendar of events with respective parties.
- Coordinate and follow up closely with SCA Divisions and external parties on items requested by the Governor and any outstanding matters.
- Handle messenger duties related to the Deputy Governor’s office, including the secure transportation of documents in compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Prepare official communications for internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Deputy Governor in specialized matters.
- Streamline and manage the flow of information to the Deputy Governor in line with established priorities and office procedures.
- Maintain and organize the Governor’s office library, including confidential documents.
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Management studies, or equivalent (MS preferred) with 7+ years of related experience.
