Assistanttothe
GM/CEO,you will playa mission-critical role in enabling high-levelefficiencyand strategic focus at the leadership level.
You’llhelp streamlinescheduling, communication,research, and logistics—ensuring that theGM/CEO remains focusedon scaling partnerships, growth initiatives,andcross-officealignment.
Thisis a hands-on roleforsomeone highly organized,proactive,andcomfortableworkingin a fast-paced startup environment wherepriorities evolve rapidly.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the GM/CEO’s calendar, including internal and external meetings, events, and investor/stakeholder engagements
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings as needed, and document minutes, decisions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate communication between the Saudi and Jordan (Amman) teams, ensuring alignment and timely responses
- Support with travel logistics and planning, including itineraries, bookings, and event coordination
- Conduct light research and prepare briefs to support partnerships, market outreach, and business development
- Draft, review, or format internal documents, presentations, or communication on behalf of the GM/CEO
- Track ongoing priorities and help manage executive-level tasks, reminders, and deadlines
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in startups, tech, or high-growth sectors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficient in productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom, Notion, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Interest in EdTech, innovation, or the future of education is a plus
