Gleeds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant, who wants to construct a career with purpose in a personable and professional environment. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, supporting in a number of ways including:
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for directors.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive‑level documents.
- Organise board meetings, and maintain meeting minutes and action plans.
- Organise and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and follow‑up.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Plan and support internal and external meetings, events, and executive briefings.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information with discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables, providing reminders and status updates.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries or recommendations as needed.
- Support operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and assisting with special projects.
- 5 years or more experience as an executive assistant.
- Fluent in English and Arabic language preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Confident communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Experience working in a professional services organisation.
