Position: Executive Secretary.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Secretary to support the CEO and help manage executive office operations efficiently. The role requires strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and confidentiality skills in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily priorities
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare professional emails, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and executive correspondence.
  • Track tasks, follow-ups, action items, and executive priorities across departments.
  • Coordinate with management, internal teams, clients, partners, stakeholders, and government entities when needed.
  • Organize executive meetings, board-related matters, records, and confidential documents with high accuracy.
  • Support executive decision-making through coordinated and reported information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Assist in improving executive workflow, administrative processes, and office efficiency.
  • Support daily executive and administrative operations efficiently.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar executive support role.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and candidates with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields will receive additional consideration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, dependability, and attention to detail
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong proficiency in AI tools, Microsoft Office, and modern digital work environments.
