- Answer, screen, and transfer telephone calls and take messages.
- Prepare, type, and maintain correspondence, reports, and forms.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and distribute it accordingly.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in administrative, clerical, or reception functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Fluency in Arabic; good English communication skills are preferred.
