- Conduct research and gather market or product data to support merchandising decisions.
- Update and maintain accurate product and process information within relevant systems.
- Assist in vendor coordination and communication with both local and international partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure stock accuracy and up‑to‑date product details.
- Support content teams in ensuring product content accuracy as required by Sales Development.
- Handle administrative tasks including documentation, correspondence, filing, and office supply management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle logistics for team activities.
- Participate in learning and development programs while complying with MAF Retail Human Capital policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative, merchandising, or commercial support roles.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to collect and analyze data accurately.
- Organized, proactive, and able to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in basic office tools and administrative processes.
