Responsibilities
Provide basic routine clerical services within SETRA to support business activities and services.
Follow all relevant administration instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Manage day‑to‑day operations related to own jobs in the department to ensure continuity of work.
Comply with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
Exchange information and clarify facts by telephone or in person, acting as the contact point for enquiries to ensure availability of data.
Screen telephone calls, letters, and visitors, answer routine questions, and furnish information when possible to ensure operations run smoothly.
Receive and register incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution to the concerned party.
QualificationsHigh School education required.
