The role of the Personal Assistant Manager

As a Personal Assistant Manager, you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management. You will play a key role in coordinating communications, managing schedules, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting business priorities with professionalism and efficiency.

What you will do
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Ensure all tasks are handled with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
What you bring
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
