We are looking for a professional and organized Office Administrator / Receptionist to support daily office operations and ensure a seamless experience for clients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and office events.
- Support administrative tasks, documentation, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, courier services, and invoices.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities and office access management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, building management, and external service providers.
- Support travel arrangements and general office services.
- Previous experience in Administration, Reception, Office Coordination, or Customer Service.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
