Position: Receptionist (Saudi)

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to join a leading company in the electronics and technology sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for customers and visitors, managing service requests, supporting front desk operations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Register service requests and create work orders through the system.
  • Provide basic information regarding products, services, warranties, and service procedures.
  • Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Follow up on service requests and keep customers informed of progress and updates.
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
  • Process service-related documentation and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are organized and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in preparing reports and maintaining operational records when required.
Requirements
  • 1–4 years of professional work experience.
  • Previous experience in reception, administration, coordination, or related roles is preferred.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
