Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Office Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations in Riyadh. The successful candidate will serve as the backbone of the Riyadh branch, ensuring a seamless and efficient workplace for our local employees and teams.

This is a hands‑on role that is critical to fostering a professional, well-structured, and welcoming environment for a fast‑growing organization. The position requires a unique blend of facilities management, local vendor coordination, and basic HR support, alongside a strong understanding of Saudi corporate regulations and government relations frameworks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

  • Oversee all office operations in Riyadh, including facilities management, maintenance, security, workspace setup, and vendor coordination to support a productive and professional environment.
  • Manage administrative functions: reception, mail/packages, office supplies, equipment, and general office logistics.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with HR and regional leadership (workspace preparation, access, IT coordination, and documentation).
  • Build and manage relationships with local Saudi vendors and service providers (facilities, catering, transportation, IT support, etc.) while ensuring high service standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, client visits, training sessions, and company events in Riyadh.
  • Manage office budgets, track expenses, process invoices, and provide regular operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
  • Provide administrative and executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and liaison with EMEA HQ and global teams.
  • Help foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative office culture aligned with Supermicro’s values and the local business environment.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized physical and digital records.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in office management or senior administrative roles, preferably in a multinational technology company or fast-growing environment in the GCC region.
  • Experience working in or with Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal);
    Arabic language skills are strongly preferred for effective communication with local stakeholders, vendors, and authorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable with modern office management tools.
  • Good understanding of Saudi labor law, Saudization requirements, and local business practices is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse international teams and local partners.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Flexible and adaptable; occasional availability outside standard hours for events or urgent matters is expected.
