We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretar
y to provide administrative and organizational support to the Executive Management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating executive activities, managing communications, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the Executive Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointment
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minute
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of management decision
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence profession all
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive document
  • Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and administrative document
  • Coordinate communication between executive management and internal department
  • Welcome visitors, guests, and business partners and arrange executive meeting
  • Manage travel arrangements, flight bookings, and official business trip
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely processin
  • Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigne
Qualifications & Skill
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related fie
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar ro
  • Excellent organizational and time management skil
  • Strong verbal and written communication abiliti
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discreti
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicatio
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple prioriti
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skil
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environme
