The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep their calm in a high pressure environment coordinating the logistics of the CEO of the company. The candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure the CEO's operations run smoothly. Thus, the candidate should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver.
ExecutiveSupport
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, board-related activities, and executive engagements.
- Screen and prioritize correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Draft professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO's office.
- Coordinate with senior management, Board Secretariat, regulators, and external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and business units.
- Organize executive meetings, committees, and leadership forums.
- Prepare meeting packs and presentations.
- Record key decisions and monitor completion of agreed actions.
- Coordinate executive events and official visits.
- Arrange domestic and international travel.
- Manage itineraries, visas, accommodations, and expense claims.
- Ensure all travel logistics are completed efficiently.
- Maintain executive records and confidential files.
- Monitor correspondence and filing systems.
- Support budget administration for the Executive Office.
- Identify opportunities to improve executive office processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Executive Administration is an advantage.
- 7–10 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably a CEO.
- Experience with in financial services is preferred.
- Proven experience working with Boards, Executive Committees, and senior leadership.
