Administrative Assistant – Tamheer – Riyadh

As an Administrative Assistant Intern, you will support daily office operations in our Riyadh location, including administrative coordination, workplace operations, and employee engagement activities.

• Coordinate facility management activities to support smooth office operations
• Manage reception duties and serve as the first point of contact for visitors
• Support planning and execution of office events and internal activities
• Provide administrative support for visits, including agenda coordination and booking arrangements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate’s or bachelor’s degree
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment

• Prior internship or academic experience in administrative support or office coordination
