Job Summary
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Admin Supervisor to join their company in Riyadh. We are looking for an Administration Supervisor to oversee daily office operations, supervise the administration team, and ensure smooth and efficient administrative support across the company.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily administrative operations and office activities.
- Manage and support the administration team.
- Oversee office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure company policies and administrative procedures are followed.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and general office support.
- Prepare administrative reports and maintain records.
- Support other departments with administrative requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
