Position: Document Controller - Saudi Nationals - Ref MTYSHQ-36
The Document Controller to work on behalf of the Client and to be based in Client s offices in Jeddah Riyadh KSA and handle the Document Control functions for thermal power generation project s The Document Controller shall be responsible for the following key activities Track the submission of design deliverables as per the Master Document List MDL update the MDL based on the review status

Ensure timely dissemination of deliverables to relevant parties with the support of the project technical team Monitor the document submission schedule expedite the comments from the project team Maintain comprehensive records of all submissions approvals revisions and correspondences related to engineering deliverables Provide inputs to the progress reports on the status of engineering deliverables highlighting key achievements issues and upcoming milestones Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in related field and related Iconic or equivalent software.

Familiarity with the Document Control Software such as Aconex, Think Project, SharePoint, etc. is a mandatory requirement

Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders of the project.

Location The location will be at the design offices of the Client located in Jeddah or Riyadh in KSA.
