Data Entry Clerk – Yardi

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to support the accurate and timely entry, updating, and maintenance of property and real estate data within the Yardi system
.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day administrative data entry activities.

• Enter and update property, tenant, lease, unit, and other relevant data in the Yardi system
  .
• Ensure all information entered into the system is accurate and complete.
• Review source documents and verify information before data entry.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
• Maintain and update records on a timely basis.
• Organize and maintain supporting documents and records.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to obtain and verify required information.
• Support data cleansing and data accuracy activities within Yardi.
• Prepare basic reports and data extracts when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and property-related information.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous hands-on experience with Yardi is mandatory.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive data entry tasks and large volumes of information.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Experience with Yardi Voyager or other Yardi modules.
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or related industries.
