Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Imaging Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day document imaging project workflows, overseeing project timelines and scoping, managing quality control, and performing detailed document reconciliation.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
- Manage Project Workflows & Scoping: Oversee daily imaging project timelines, scope incoming document batches, create clear job instructions, and perform thorough document reconciliation to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Coordinate
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal production teams, department staff, and external client contacts to streamline job processing, address customer inquiries, and support invoicing accuracy. - Ensure Operational Compliance & Quality: Monitor production systems to maintain rigorous quality control, align operations with organizational standards, and resolve workflow bottlenecks promptly.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in document imaging, production operations, or high-volume administrative project support.
- Strong technical knowledge of imaging processes, electronic document management systems, and advanced computer proficiency.
- Proven ability in operational problem-solving, project lifecycle tracking, quality control, and cross-functional communication.
