- Required conditions

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• No experience required (0-2 years).

- Job requirements:

• Keeping up with the latest laws, regulations and royal decrees in the Kingdom related to updating local standards, policies and procedures for expropriation.
• Receiving and evaluating requests based on the needs of government agencies and understanding ownership requirements in terms of purpose, spatial needs, etc.

- Job objective:

• The job holder is responsible for carrying out expropriation activities, including participating in updating expropriation procedures, receiving and evaluating applications based on the needs of government agencies, coordinating with the valuation department to discuss the properties concerned, and participating in preparing a draft eviction decision to share with the notary public.
