Head of Vehicles-KSA Job Riyadh area,Riyadh Region Saudi Arabia,Automotive

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Vehicles to lead and grow the Vehicles vertical within online marketplace platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding dealer and seller partnerships, enhancing user engagement, and overseeing the overall performance of the automotive category. The role requires a strong understanding of the automotive market, marketplace business models, digital platforms, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Vehicles vertical, aligning with overall marketplace objectives.
Own the P&L, revenue growth, market share, and overall performance of the automotive category.
Drive dealer acquisition, retention, and engagement across the platform.
Build and manage relationships with automotive dealerships, fleet operators, vehicle traders, manufacturers, and strategic partners.
Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and value-added services within the automotive ecosystem.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams to improve customer experience and platform performance.
Monitor and optimize key business metrics including listings growth, GMV, lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and dealer performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
Lead pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and category growth initiatives.
Develop annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing commercial and category management team.
Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across the Vehicles vertical.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive, online marketplaces, classified platforms, e-commerce, or digital businesses.
Proven experience managing a vehicle category, automotive business unit, marketplace vertical, or commercial operations.
Strong understanding of the Saudi automotive market, including dealerships, vehicle sales, and consumer trends.
Demonstrated success in business development, partnership management, and revenue growth.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth digital businesses is highly desirable
Fluency in English is required, Arabic is an advantage.
