Junior Consultant

As a Junior Consultant, you will be a key member of project teams, supporting client engagements by conducting research, analyzing data, preparing client deliverables, and contributing to the development of actionable insights. You’ll work across industries and geographies, gaining exposure to diverse business challenges and organizational models. This role is designed to accelerate your learning and professional growth through hands‑on experience and mentorship.

Responsibilities include:

• Support senior consultants and project managers in delivering consulting engagements
• Conduct industry and client research to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and documentation
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews
• Analyze data using spreadsheets, models, and visualization tools
• Stay up to date with industry trends, business news, and innovative practices
• Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing and team development

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
