Role OverviewAs Senior Product Lead
, you will be the first dedicated product leader will work closely with leadership to shape the product vision, set the roadmap, and execute initiatives across B2C, B2B, and supply-side (SSP) operations. You ll partner with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development to drive growth, retention, operational efficiency, and new business channels through world-class product experiences.

- 3-6+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record in consumer apps, marketplaces, or on-demand services
- Experience working in or closely with growth / marketing teams on funnels, retention, and monetization
- Strong understanding of API integrations, B2B productization, or platform business models
- Excellent analytical skills — comfortable making decisions based on data, not guesswork
- Fluent in product discovery, UX thinking, and agile execution
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience in GCC / MENA markets is a strong plus. Arabic proficiency is an advantage but not required
- Product Strategy & Road mapping:
Define and own the product vision and roadmap across B2C (App), B2B integrations, and SSP operations - Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and scalability using frameworks like RICE/ICE
- Translate strategic goals into actionable product plans
- B2C Growth & Retention:
Optimize customer journeys from signup to first booking, bundle purchase, and renewal - Lead experiments to improve conversion funnels, ARPU, LTV, and reduce churn
- Collaborate with Marketing on growth loops, referrals, pricing experiments, and personalization
- B2B Productization & Integrations:
Work with Business Development to productize new B2B revenue channels (parking lots, APIs, white-label solutions) - Translate partnership deals into scalable, repeatable product features and backend logic
- Ensure smooth integrations and high partner satisfaction
- Supply-Side (SSP / Biker App) Optimization:
Collaborate with Operations to improve the SSP app experience — routing, SLA compliance, idle time reduction, and operational efficiency - Identify and prioritize features that increase capacity utilization and service quality
- Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead product discovery, define clear PRDs, wireframes, and work closely with Frontend, Backend, QA, and Data teams - Foster strong collaboration between Product, Tech, Marketing, and Ops
- Establish agile product rituals: planning, reviews, retrospectives, and experimentation cycles
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
Work with the Data Analyst to build proactive insight loops: funnels, retention cohorts, pricing sensitivity, supply metrics - Define and track core product KPIs, turning data into prioritization and iteration decisions
