We are looking for a highly talented Senior Product Manager Fintech /Billing to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. An ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player.

• Proactively gathers requirements, specifies pragmatic solutions incorporating the requirements at domain level
• Clearly defines goals in terms of the impact changes will have on the user & takes accountability for the validated impact changes have on the user
• Independently creates a vision of the product (area), with good awareness for overarching vision and clearly impacting domain/tribe vision
• Creates an ideal state UX / functionality fitting to the vision for their area and scope and identify milestones towards target state, with high level of precision for the upcoming quarter
• Develops subject matter expertise by understanding a business area, customer journey or complex external domain in depth
• Close collaboration with stakeholders to create depth of knowledge in user needs, industry dynamics and develops subject matter expertise in either a particular user problem space or internal functionality
• Experience with e-commerce and high scale products in the region is preferred

• 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in fast‑paced and customer facing organization
• experience working with various stakeholders, including engineering, design and commercial teams
• experience with OKRs and roadmap planning
• experience with AB testing, Jira and Agile working environment
