Job Summary

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of sales enablement programs, from scoping and analysis of current process, identifying improvement areas, designing, developing and implementing training material and courses to the team and assessing ROI while following through on implementation. The role equips the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to succeed, driving measurable improvements in sales performance.

This role combines program management, instructional design, content development, training delivery, and stakeholder coordination. The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with Commercial leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement efforts with business objectives and establish best practices that elevate the sales organization. It is an individual contributor role with significant business impact, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the development of sales enablement programs for Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Solution Consultants and Customer Success teams.
  • Design, deliver and follow through on implementation of Sales training material using instructional design and the 70/20/10 methodologies
  • Produce and manage engaging training materials (storyboards, playbooks, presentations, guides, eLearning) in line with brand standards.
  • Build and maintain a live ROI tracker of the training implementation to demonstrate effectiveness of the delivery while directly impacting the business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
  • Maintain training materials through regular reviews and updates.
    Support the development of best practices, policies, and processes to improve sales performance and optimize the sales process.
  • Attend monthly business review meetings to assess effectiveness of training implementation and address new gaps when they arise.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to create impactful enablement content (playbooks, battle cards, buyer-facing collateral).
  • Manage and optimize sales enablement tools (LMS, content management, CRM).
  • 10+ years’ experience in building and managing sales enablement programs, including training curriculum, coaching, and evaluation.
  • Previous quota-carrying sales experience (AE/AM role in complex sales) preferred.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills; able to influence without formal authority.
  • Excellent facilitation and training delivery skills.
  • Strong understanding of product knowledge, customer benefits, and competitive landscapes.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and experience creating blended learning programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with sales enablement technology stack (CRM systems such as Salesforce/Hub Spot, LMS, CMS, sales engagement tools).
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience and Skills
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or other complex sales frameworks (Challenger, Consultative Selling, etc.).
  • Experience aligning enablement programs to more complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Formal certification in sales training
