Role Overview

As the Business Development Director at Shine, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, ensuring that Shine continues to lead the market in providing superior event staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with the highest level of service. Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts.
  • Strategic Growth:
    Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding our client portfolio.
  • Digital CRM Expertise:
    Utilize digital CRM tools to manage client data, track interactions, and ensure seamless communication and follow-ups. Ensure all client activities are accurately recorded and managed within the CRM system.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, setting clear objectives and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Market Analysis:
    Stay informed of industry trends and market dynamics in Saudi Arabia, leveraging this knowledge to position Shine ahead of the competition.
  • Event Staffing Solutions:
    Collaborate with the staffing and operations teams to develop tailored staffing solutions that meet the specific needs of clients across various industries.
Qualifications
  • Language

    Skills:

    Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years in a business development role, preferably within the events, hospitality, or staffing industry.
  • Digital Savvy:
    Proven experience in managing clients using digital CRM systems, with a strong understanding of data management and client relationship tools.
  • Leadership:
    Demonstrated ability to lead a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.
