Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2G business development, capable of building trusted relationships with government entities and driving large-scale projects that align with Saudi Arabia’s national transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage pursuit activities for business opportunities across the Kingdom.
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the public sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders, decision-makers, and partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the Maximus business model, ensuring alignment with client and national objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth contracting and implementation cycles.
- Drive strategic account planning, forecasting, and reporting to support business development goals.
- Provide market insights and innovative ideas to enhance business strategies and operational excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop tailored solutions that address public sector priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the public sector (B2G).
- Strong understanding of government operations, procurement processes, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to translate opportunities into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Experience managing or supporting large-scale, multi-year public sector programs involving multiple vendors or agencies.
