Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
  • Participate in regular strategy meetings and contribute to the development of best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Demonstrable skills in client relationship building and needs assessment
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Expertise in product presentation and persuasive communication
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and using data to inform strategies
  • Experience with CRM software and ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
