About the role: The Research Ops Specialist supports the user research function by streamlining processes, managing logistics, and ensuring efficient research planning, execution, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate participant recruitment, incentives, and consent management.
  • Manage research repositories and ensure documentation quality and tagging standards.
  • Support scheduling, note‑taking, and setup of research sessions.
  • Maintain research ops tools (Dovetail, Maze, Airtable, or similar).
  • Build and maintain templates, playbooks, and ethical compliance processes.
  • Collaborate with researchers, designers, and product teams to ensure smooth handoff of insights.
  • Track research volume, coverage, and turnaround metrics.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in UX Research Ops, User Research, or similar role.
  • Strong operational and project management skills.
  • Experience with research tools (Dovetail, Notion, Airtable, Zoom, Figma).
  • Understanding of user research methodologies and data handling ethics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
