Procurement Coordinator Responsibilities

• Assistin preparing and processing purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, product details, and delivery schedules.
• Supportnegotiationsby compiling comparative statements and cost analysis.
• Communicate with suppliers regaiding order status, delivery updates, and documentation.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and follow upon pending deliveries.
• Assist in vendor registration and maintaining an updated supplier database.

• Ensure all procurement files are properly documented, organized, and archived.
• Track and update procurement logs, delivery schedules, and material status reports.
• Verify that procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth receipt and delivery of goods.

• Follow up on shipping documents, customsclearance, and local delivery arrangements.
• Monitor delivery timelines and escalate delays to the Procurement Manager.

• Prepare regular procurement status reports for management and project teams.
• Monitor and update procurement trackers,highlighting risks and pending actions.

Provide administrative supportto the procurement team in meetings and audits.
