Responsibilities
- Identify and target
new outbound business opportunities through field visits, events, cold calls,
and referrals. - Attend networking
events, conferences, and business gatherings to represent Proven professionally
and confidently. - Setup and conduct
client meetings to understand requirements and propose the right Proven
solutions (EOR, outsourcing, recruitment services). - Manage and maintain a
healthy sales pipeline in CRM with accurate updates and follow-ups. - Work closely with the
internal BD team to coordinate proposals and follow the full sales cycle
through closing. - Understand Saudi
market dynamics and stay updated on trends in outsourcing, HR, and recruitment. - Achieve monthly and quarterly activity targets.
- Complete and maintain the vendor registration process for
new clients. - Prepare the responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI’s.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
- 1–4 years of experience in business development or field sales (HR services
experience is a plus, not mandatory) - Good
command of MS Office and CRM systems. - Strong Arabic communication skills. Confident, persuasive, and articulate.
- Thick-skinned, persistent, and hungry for results. Rejection doesn’t slow you down.
- Comfortable attending events, walking into offices, making cold introductions.
