We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Officer to join our dynamic team at an esteemed automotive dealership and distributor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer relationships, improving customer retention, and driving sales through effective management of customer data and interactions. The CRM Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our customer relationship management systems are efficiently utilized to meet the needs of both the company and our valued customers.

This role requires a strong understanding of CRM software, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Analyze customer data and interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.

Train staff on CRM tools and best practices to ensure effective usage across the organization.

Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Handle customer inquiries and feedback through the CRM system, ensuring timely and effective responses.

Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the CRM platform.

Preferred Candidate

Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
