Job Description- Develop and implement regional sales strategies and go-to‑market plans for logistics services in line with the company’s overall strategy, driving revenue growth across cross‑border, warehousing & distribution, domestic delivery, and air & ocean freight products.
- Conduct ongoing local market research and competitive analysis, produce regular market insight reports, and provide timely feedback to regional management to support business strategy and product optimization.
- Take full ownership of sales target cascading and execution in Saudi Arabia; lead the development and management of key and strategic accounts, build long‑term partnerships, participate in core commercial negotiations, and ensure logistics solutions are successfully implemented. Lead the team to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Promote the JD Logistics brand in the local market by driving customer acquisition, participating in industry events, and supporting marketing initiatives to continuously enhance brand awareness and market influence.
- Oversee receivables management for assigned customers, ensure timely collection of payments, and proactively identify and control operational and credit risks to secure healthy and compliant business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a solid understanding of the local logistics and e‑commerce ecosystem and strong customer resources in the region. Proven experience in building a sales team or business from 0 to 1 is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with solid capabilities in business planning and data analysis. Clear logical thinking, strong result orientation, and the ability to drive execution in a fast‑paced environment.
