I am looking to speak with experienced Business Analysts who are looking for a step-up, to join a VERY fast‑paced team (and reporting into one of my favourite hiring managers!), within the entertainment space in Riyadh!

• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize complex business needs, define scope, and gather high‑level and detailed requirements.
• Producing clear and well‑structured documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) tailored for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate high‑impact workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate insights, drive decision‑making.
• Guide the definition and implementation of process improvements, change initiatives, and system enhancements with a focus on scalability and long‑term value.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, deliver end‑user training, and support change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new systems or workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or a related field, with a proven record of delivering complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent communicator, with demonstrated experience in presenting findings to senior leadership and executive‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or Power BI.
