The Business Development (BD) Manager/ Country Manager will spearhead the search for new customers and partners across the KSA region. This role demands a results-oriented individual with a target-driven approach, a strong passion for achieving measurable outcomes, and a proven track record in the money-movement, money-transfer, or remittance services industry.

, excelling at driving new business opportunities while fostering and maintaining relations with existing clients. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding Terra Pay's footprint in the KSA region, contributing significantly to our global growth and market leadership.
- Expand Terra Pay's Global Footprint
- Identify and launch new Send Partners and opportunities within Terra Pay's network across the KSA region
- Foster strong relationships with strategic partners, including financial institutions, fintech platforms, and payment service providers
- Develop a pipeline of outbound opportunities in the KSA region to position it as a major Send Region
- Drive Product Excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Terra Pay's offerings remain competitive in the KSA market
- Negotiate optimal terms with partners to maximize value in the region
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance existing product offerings and introduce innovations tailored to KSA market needs
- Optimize FX Operations
- Understand foreign exchange dynamics specific to the KSA market
- Build a network for efficient FX sourcing and management
- Partner Management and Performance
- Hold Send partners accountable for achieving agreed-upon performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with partners
- Collaborate with Receive markets globally to deliver targeted volumes from the KSA
- Customer-Centric Approach
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer preferences and needs within the remittance and payments landscape
- Integrate customer feedback into product development and channel expansion strategies
- 10+ years in Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services, with hands-on experience in B2B sales
- Experience working with Money Remittance, PSPs, or financial services platforms is strongly preferred
- CRM Savvy:
Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and client interactions - Target-Driven: A track record of exceeding sales and business development targets
- Adaptability: A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong Relationship Builder:
Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and third parties - Detail-Oriented:
Impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Deep understanding of the money-transfer and remittance markets, including regulatory frameworks such as AML and FinCEN
- Fluent in English, because communication is key
- The candidate should be based out of KSA and experience in Saudi Market is mandatory
